Registration 

EURIPA is maintaining its policy of keeping the registration fee as low as possible for this year’s 14th Rural Health Forum and the table below shows the fees for each category of registration.  

Payment of the registration fee will give delegates full access to all three days of the Forum and the optional practice visits on Friday afternoon 27th June 2025. Places on the practices visits, which will be local in Witteneberg, are limited in number so please book early. Places will be allocated on a "first come, first served basis". The registration fee also includes the refreshment breaks and lunches on Thursday and Friday, 27 and 28 June 2025.

We are pleased to announce that EURIPA is again offering four Bursaries to Students and Young Doctors and other young healthcare professionals to support their travel and accommodation costs.  You can find the details here. Please note that the deadline for applications for a bursary has been extened to 7 April 2025. If you are interested in applying please send your application to the EURIPA Executive Secretary at secretary@euripa.org  

The fees to register for the 14th EUIRIPA Rural Health Forum are:

• * Discounts for group bookings: Discounts for groups of four or more EURIPA Members and Non-Members are available. Please contact the Executive Secretary for more information before you make any registrations.
  The discount does not apply for groups from Low Income, and Upper and Lower middle  income countries, young doctors and students or delegates who are ‘other health and social care professionals’ as these fees have already been kept as low as possible.
• ** Upper and Lower-middle income countries and Low income countries in Europe are listed as follows (based on World Bank data):
  Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.

• *** Young doctors have less than five years after post-graduation

This year we are introducing a One Day registration fee for local German clinicians, trainees and students who might wish to attend the Forum.  If you are interested in registering for one day only please contact the Executive Secretary stating who you are and clinician/trainee/student, where you practice / study and which day you wish to attend. You will be sent the appropriate link for registration.

When you register:

Bookings for the rural dinner are now CLOSED.

If you wish to attend the Rural Dinner on Friday evening 27 June, you will need to reserve your place (and for any guests) when you register and pay when you make your registration payment or you can do this later after you have registered. When you register for the Rural Dinner you will be asked if you have any special dietary requirements, for example vegetarian or gluten intolerance; please make sure you complete this section.

The tourist excursion is also fully booked.

There is also an ‘Excursion’ planned for Saturday afternoon.  If you would like to join this you again need to include the payment in your registration payment or you can pay later after you have registered.

Please note, if you are a EURIPA Member your membership status will be automatically checked by the system and fees will be reduced. You must have an active membership at the time of the event to be eligible for membership fees. Please renew online if required to receive the membership fees. If you are not a EURIPA Member you can join now, and you will be able to register for this year’s Forum at the Members rate.
