The programme will consist of two parallel sessions, made up of oral communications and workshops. This year there will also be a poster walk with poster displayed on poster boards throughout the duration of the Forum. After judging, the top five posters will also be presented to delegates for final voting.

The Forum will be face to face (as last year in Romania) but an international student session will be held on Thursday afternoon, bringing in students virtually from around the world.

On Friday morning we will visit the Campus for Future Living at Mablethorpe and visit a local practice. Please reserve your place when you register for the Forum. At the end of the visit in Mablethorpe there will be a tree planting ceremony to plant an EURIPA Tree. The local Town Crier will be in attendance to announce the planting. The visits are included in the registration fee.

As an exciting new development, we are also including two discussion panels in the programme. An outline of the programme is available here.

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and the welcome reception at the main venue. Partners are also invited as guests to the Welcome Reception. The Forum will conclude with a Planetary Lunch on the Saturday to show our support in addressing climate change.

Please note that the Forum is scheduled to begin after lunch on Thursday 20th June. The EURIPA Executive Committee, International Advisory Board and the Scientific Board will meet together on the Thursday morning in the Medical School.

The Rural Dinner will be held in the Chapter House of Lincoln Cathedral on Friday evening 21st June. The dinner will cost 65euro and include all beverages. It is a very special location: construction of the Cathedral started in 1072 and the Chapter House was built in 1220. The Cathedral is an amazing medieval building, and we feel honoured to have the opportunity to spend an evening there. You can book your place through the registration portal. You will also be asked to indicate if you have any special dietary needs.

Tourist visit

On Saturday afternoon 22nd June a visit to the Belton Estate has been planned. The journey is about 20 miles from Lincoln so that everyone will have a chance to see the area we travel though to Belton. Belton House itself is an impressive house and there is plenty to see as it has evolved over the centuries. There is also a formal garden as well as parkland. Whilst we are there you will also have the opportunity to go to the shop and visit the café. Booking for the visit (35 euro per person) is through the registration portal.

Delegates may also register for additional places for their guests at both the dinner and on the tourist visit.
